The initial idea for Flower in My Garden picture book emerged when I was in Edinburgh last summer. It just hit me unexpectedly. I made a quick sketch of bunch of rabbits eating a giant carrot as if it was kebab while the gardener-not knowing what was happening beneath him- was taking care of his "flower" that didn´t bloom. Took me some time to figure out the story and the narration mode, but I loved the idea of two parallel storylines, that accidentally influence one another, one above the ground and the other underground.
So, now the dummy is ready, I am quite pleased with the result...will see what happens next:)
